Big Fears, Bigger Prayers

If you have ever negotiated a large purchase you know it can be emotionally draining. When Karen and I were looking for a home to buy in Northern Virginia we thought it would never get done. I have similar thoughts and feelings now with the Bud Building purchase. Every time we get close to completion it seems that we have to negotiate something else. But take heart, we are really close to the end of our negotiations. In fact, our negotiations are complete and now we are just tweaking the contract.

Don’t stop praying. The contract is just the beginning. Our next steps include raising capital, processing applications and making decisions with architects, engineers and attorneys. There is a lot of work that needs to get done.

Please pray specifically about these next steps and how God may be calling you to help meet the needs of people in Centreville/ Chantilly area.
